DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF ROAD CONCESSION CONTRACTS FINANCING

The client mandated us after they were awarded the concession. We worked with them on identifying bankability issues on the concession agreement.  ARGO´s role was vital in obtaining a condition precedent to signing the concession agreement and provided recommendations and arguments for changing specific clauses.  Our team also provided key inputs in preparation for the covid pandemic, which ultimately yielded a more balanced contract favoring bankability.

For this client, ARGO also had the typical financial advisor role in which we identified funding sources, developed a financial model, defined financial structures.
